Tax Check List

• W-2s for wages, salaries, tips and pensions
• 1099s - interest you have received, dividends, state tax refunds and other payments received. (Any money that you earned or received this tax year)
• 1098s - interest you paid to financial institutions. (Such as mortgage interest)
• K-1s from Partnerships, S-Corporations, estates and trusts
• Any correspondence from tax agencies
• Any additional facts that you feel may affect your taxes. (We can review these with you)

For larger businesses and those with extensive finacial records...

You will likely need a full Tax Organizer or you will need to get your bookkeeping records to us. There are several ways to do that:

• Scan and email the information to us.
• Fax the information to us.
• Copy and mail the information to us
• Bring it to our office and meet our staff.
